Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on all hotel equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or equivalent required; trade school or college coursework in a related field preferred.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or related field; progressive experience a plus.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
