Job Summary
AvalonBay Communities is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our communities, completing assigned service requests, and ensuring vacant apartment homes are rent-ready.
Key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing problems in various areas, completing assigned service requests, and conducting apartment preventative maintenance.
You will also assist in painting both interior and exterior surfaces and maintain an Incident and Injury Free safety culture by following all AvalonBay safety policies and procedures.
