We are looking for an experienced housekeeping field officer who can manage our sites/clients in and around Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and recruit/arrange housekeeping staff at every single site. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities Includes... must have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting housekeeping / labours at site. arrangement of staff (male/female housekeeping staff) deployment of housekeeping staff/ Relievers (wherever needed) maintaining of grooming of all housekeeping staff maintaining/completing their joining formalities. arranging bank accounts of employees maintaining relations with clients and visits the sites on regular basis. conduct the reequired traning for housekeeping staff.
