3. Knowledge of House Keeping Materials/Chemicals and Machinery/Equipment’s.
4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and good with conflict management.
5. Ideal Candidate should be from Gujarat or have lived in Gujarat from last 5-10 years. Duties and Responsibilities
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cricket stadium, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for spectators, players, and staff.
• Planning and coordinating cricket matches, tournaments, and other events hosted at the stadium. This involves scheduling, logistics management, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Promoting and implementing sustainable practices within the stadium operations, including waste management, energy conservation, and eco-friendly initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhancing operational efficiency to optimize stadium performance and visitor satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
