Title: Facility Manager
Total-experience: 7 years to 8 years
Responsible for Soft service Technical activities on-premises
• Facility Manager is overall in charge of the facility and responsible for soft service operations Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Security, Client arrangement, hospitality management.
• Technical activities looking for server room, AC, Electrical, Carpentry plumbing. Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimize external costs
• To control and supervise other vendor ground level staff to smooth the functioning of the facility operations.
• New initiative ideas need to be taken to take facility standards to the next level.
• Responsible for setting up a new facility (Jaipur) and maintenance of the current one.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (Housekeeping, technicians, securities etc.) and external contractors
Budget management forecasting
• Ensure that the maintenance services are delivered in line with the contractual commitments and within budgets.
• Advise Client on future year maintenance budgets as and when requested for.
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimize external costs
Vendor management quality control
• Conduct competitive tendering exercise and identify suitable specialist subcontractors for the site
• Need to make sure all the vendors, Security, Pest control, Cafeteria, and AMC vendors follow the organisation's standards with the quality of work.
• All the billing invoicing is properly done on time for the vendor. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc. (if applicable)
• Evaluate the team deployed by Vendors on-site to ensure a correct level and scale of resources.
• Meet or exceed best practices in the provision of services through a contract
