• How can you make an Impact?
• 1. The core purpose of the Project Maintenance Head role is to deliver cost effective maintenance services and build a vibrant community by engaging residents in sporting, social and other events.
• 2. He will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget.
• 3. He must ensure customer delight and thereby generate referrals by addressing customer observations in a timely manner. He will hold open houses with residents to identify areas of improvement.
• 4. Written & oral communication skills are essential as regular communication with RWA & residents will be an integral part of the role along with feedback(s) for improvement in current and future projects to the relevant stakeholder(s).
• 5. He/She will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget and preparation of monthly reports.
• 6. He/She is expected to ensure statutory/regulatory compliances at the project(s).
• 7. He/She must ensure training & development of his team along with understanding employee observations by way of Quarterly town halls.
