Job Description
Main responsibilities for this role is hand stretching/moulding dough into various pizza sizes.
Responsibilities of this role included but are not limited too;
Assisting Senior Bakers in all areas of production or packing of bread depending on job;
- Moulding and hand shaping dough, seeding the dough.
- Use of wooden paddles and setters to load and unload bread in and out of oven.
- Maintain premises in a clean and hygienic manner at all times. Clean as you go policy.
- Operating and use of bakery machines and equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Strict adherence to food safety laws and occupational health and safety laws.
- Learn and understand basic cooking times and temperatures for breads.
- Working as a team to ensure consistent and quality breads every time.
- Attention to detail and consistency is a must.
- Packing of bread products and assisting in process of packing breads in correct packaging and format.
Key skills and attributes of Candidate;
- Organized and efficient with time
- Hard working.
- Must work at an efficient pace, otherwise it can hold the team back and affect production flow.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have good English.
- Must work in a team environment effectively.
Full time and Part time positions available to start straight away. Training on the job!
