We are looking for a diligent and hardworking Factory Helper to assist in various tasks within our production facility. The successful candidate will support the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the workplace.
• Assist in the production process by performing tasks such as loading materials, operating machinery, and assembling products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Support other team members as needed to achieve production goals.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Working Conditions:
• The position requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
