We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Factory Labourer / General Factory Assistant to join our operations team.About the Role:
General factory duties and production assistance
Basic machinery operation
Use of hand and power tools
Assisting with factory maintenance tasks
Loading and unloading materials
Yard duties as required
Working both independently and within a team environment
Essential Requirements:
ABN (mandatory)
HR Truck Licence (required)
Mechanically minded with practical problem-solving skills
Experience using power tools
Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Must be local to Sunshine North or surrounding areas
Strong work ethic and reliability
Highly Regarded:
Previous factory or industrial experience
Maintenance experience
Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
