KRAs KRA (Accountabilities) Supporting Actions
KRA1 Accountability: CSR Activities Taking various lectures on food, nutrition, general health awareness programs etc in nearby villages Assisting the CSR team in reaching out to patients who cannot come to the medical centre by moving around the villages in the Medical van Providing free health check ups and medication to the residents of nearby villages
KRA2 B-medical checkups-contractual workers-periodic list provided by ER department examination carried out according to factory acts after examination reports send back to ER if required employee referred to higher centre
to ensure 100% check up at medical centre
KRA3 Emergency Cases Attending to emergency cases during non OPD hours
Providing emergency facilities to the patient on a case to case basis Transporting the patient to a nearby hospital in case the facilities provided at the medical centre are inadequate
KRA4 Providing fitness certificates Conducting tests for employees who wish to be a member of the swimming pool and S&R club
Providing fitness certificates appropriately
Providing the fit to resume duty certificate in case the employee has been away from work for more than 3 days
Endorsing the fitness certificate if the patient has sought treatment from another doctor / hospital
KRA5 Out patient department-OPD To see all patient coming to opd
manage them according to their illness
ensuring ethical treatment if required call them for review after 2 days
KRA6 In patient department-IPD to admit patient for stabilizing his condition to administer treatment if required send it to higher center
