Job Description
We are looking for a Factory Planning Manager for a perfume/cosmetics/personal care company in Kheda, Gujarat. Below are the details :-
Job Purpose :-
• This role will involve close co-ordination with all the production sub-departments, to work with them to develop production plans, then ensure the material is ready on time and moves through the production process at the correct pace, to ensure final production is done on time.
• We have a high level of vertical integration (injection moulding, lacquering, printing, decoration) meaning that there is a very close level of co- ordination & planning needed to ensure the final product is produced on time.
Skills & Competencies Required :-
• Must be very detailed, organized and thorough in thinking and analysis.
• Must have worked preferably in a backward integrated production planning process.
• Must have worked on more than 500 SKUs which includes in-house and bought out items as well
• Should have worked in a role, with a high level of product changeovers.
• Should have experience with implementing cost reduction, inventory control, on time delivery projects in their organization.
• Must have excellent planning skills and in-depth knowledge of all Raw and Pack materials with knowledge of production lines
• Be a fast learner, very open minded and very innovative and creative thinker.
• Must be very proactive, self-motivated and Hands on manager.
• Must be able to manage, motivate, train and build a good planning team.
• Loyal, committed and hardworking and totally driven to succeed and achieving excellence and success.
• Good communication skills.
