About the Role

YOU MUST BE A QUALIFIED PLUMBER WITH LEADING OR SUPERVISING PLUMBING EXPERIENCE

We are looking out for a Plumbing Leading Hand who will be responsible for running our pre-fab workshop based at Campsie, including working amongst and leading a team of 4 plumbers, You will be the go-to contact for our Site Managers and Project Managers for the pre-fab operations and service offerings. You will be responsible for ordering materials through our Procurement Team with respect to the pre-fab workshop requirements.

About You
You must be reliable, motivated, result orientated and have proven experience as a plumber leading hand or supervisor. Your ability to communicate and influence desirable outcomes are natural skills you possess while attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement is at the forefront of your capabilities.

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

Must have appropriate qualifications in Plumbing Trade
Must have appropriate plumbing leading hand experience
Must be a good communicator
Must be able to read plans/plumbing drawings
Must be organised & able to schedule works to be completed
Previous commercial plumbing and drainage experience
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Excellent time and priority management skills
Strong work ethic, who takes pride in their work
Be willing and able to pass a police background check
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Hold a current WHS White Card
Fully qualified tradesman
Be able to solve problems that arise in the plumbing industry
