Job Profile: Faculty - Hospital Management Position: Faculty - Hospital Management Location: Lucknow Department: Academics Reports to: Head of Department (Hospital Management) Job Summary: Saanvi Kalyaan Foundation is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Faculty member to join our Hospital Management department. The Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, designing curriculum, and conducting research in the field of hospital management. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, practical industry experience, and a passion for educating and shaping future healthcare leaders. Key Responsibilities: • Teaching and Learning: • Deliver lectures and facilitate interactive discussions to students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management. • Design and develop course curriculum, learning resources, and assessment methods that align with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students, including academic advising and supervision of research projects. • Organize and conduct field visits, industrial training, and guest lectures to promote practical knowledge and industry exposure. • Assessment and Evaluation: • Create and administer assessments, examinations, and projects to evaluate students' learning and performance. • Set evaluation criteria, grade student work, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic progress. • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments. • Research and Scholarship: • Engage in independent and collaborative research, publish research papers, and present findings in conferences and seminars. • Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in the field of hospital management. • Supervise student research projects and encourage a culture of research and innovation among students. • Professional Development: • Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and domain knowledge. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and instructional methodologies to incorporate innovative teaching techniques. Requirements Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Health Administration, or a related field. A Master's in Healthcare Management is preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of teaching experience in hospital management or related subjects at a recognized institution. Industry experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage. • Skills: • Excellent teaching and presentation skills. • Strong knowledge and understanding of hospital management principles, practices, and challenges. • Ability to design and deliver effective lectures and interactive sessions. • Proficiency in using instructional technology and online learning platforms. • Research and publication track record is desirable. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
