Event Planning & Coordination:
Organize and oversee job fairs and hiring events targeting security-cleared professionals
Liaise with venues (hotels) to ensure all logistical details are in place, including room layout, audiovisual needs, and catering
Manage relationships with pipe and drape companies, ensuring the setup meets event specifications
Coordinate with participating employers to ensure smooth event participation, including booth setup and any special requirements
Attract and register companies in the defense, intelligence, cyber, and security sectors to participate in hiring events
Promote events to cleared professionals across all security clearance levels through targeted outreach and partnerships
Vendor Management:
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, including hotels, event setup providers, and other suppliers
Ensure all contracts and agreements are in line with budgetary and operational needs
Event Marketing & Promotion:
Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials to attract both employers and job-seeking professionals
Promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry networks
