Quinn Family Law is a dynamic and passionate family law practice located in Bundall on the Gold Coast. We are dedicated to the provision of pragmatic, yet comprehensive and tailored expert family law advice to support our valued clients.
Our services include representation in all matters arising out of separation and divorce, from asset protection to parenting and financial disputes, and child support to family violence. We also have experience in surrogacy and step-parent adoption.

The Role
Quinn Family Law is expanding and looking to add an experienced family lawyer with a financial focus and flair to meet the ever increasing flow and demand of complex financial matters coming into our practice.
An attractive and competitive salary package is on offer and is negotiable depending upon the experience of the successful applicant.
We also offer an achievable and generous bonus structure, removing the stress of having to meet (and answer to) daily minimum billable hour targets.

The Applicant
As a successful applicant:
You are admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia and hold, or are eligible to hold, a current Queensland practising certificate.
You have the relevant post admission experience, practising as a solicitor predominately in family law for at least three (3) years.
Your written language both in correspondence and court drafting is clear, concise and meticulous.
You possess strong advocacy when required, but maintain a focus on client care and achieving early resolution for clients.
You will have excellent time management skills and whilst working autonomously on your own file load, you also enjoy working within a passionate team environment.
You can build sound professional relationships with other family law practitioners, referrers, government officials and organisations and clients.
You are career decisive and excited by the prospect of being part of a successful family law practice.
