• Be able to serve our clients and is interested in establishing your legal practice with Shim Law;
• At least one year post call experience in Family Law / Civil Litigation;
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
• Working with and advising clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various legal issues;
• Developing an innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement;
• Experience with and ability to handle any practice area of your choice;
• A willingness to take initiative in running your own files, and managing your own client base; and
• An eagerness to take on new initiatives to advance skills and knowledge.
