Position Overview: As a Fancy Yarn Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in both domestic and export markets. You will work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach. This role requires a deep understanding of the yarn and textile industry, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales of fancy yarns in domestic and export markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the yarn and textile industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Work with the product development team to identify and promote new product lines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the textile or yarn industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and export markets for textile products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns, is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required for business meetings and industry events
