Team member should be well versed with Auditing tickets of an airline as per the below process details.
Audit on the passenger tickets sold by travel agents and own stations/airline offices.
Tickets are audited for the Fare / Tax and Commission , Exchange ,Refunds violations.
Audit team identifies losses arising out of errors in ticketing and incorrect application of f ares, taxes, commission and fare , Penalty rules.
