Job description Designation: Fashion Stylist / Consultant / Advisor We're looking for a Sales-driven Fashion Stylist / Consultant / Advisor This role will be responsible for engaging with our customers to provide an exceptional experience in-store. Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with Sales in retailing as the same position. Salary 16,000 20,000 + Good business Incentives. Location: Hyderabad - Telangana Description: Must have good experience in Wedding Collection / Ethnic Couture brand All the experience can be in Ethnic or Official / formals wear. Rich experience in retail Passionate for Sales, Designer wear and Customer service, understanding customer buying behavior, Great understanding & Knowledge about fabric and fashion trends. Good soft spoken with great command over Hindi, English & Telugu Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Converting walking customers into sales Responsibilities: Help clients with advising designing their collection on basis of their tastes and preferences. Building a strong customer relationship. Identify customer needs and provide end to end product knowledge. Understanding of fabrics and customizations and conveying the same to clients Understand customer issues over time and develop solutions to pre-empt customer needs and questions Updating system with orders, customer details and communicating with the production team on order fulfilment. Provide customer service to customers by email and phone as and when required. Liaise with the in-store master tailors to take measurements and fix individual customer issues SKILLS- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Target oriented & Sales driven.
