Role Description
Jade by Ashima is seeking a full-time role as a fashion consultant at their location in Shahpur Jat. The position requires guiding clients in the right mindset for good fashion ethics, visual merchandising, helping the client in selections, and providing excellent customer service. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with sales goal setting and achieving targets
• Strong understanding of customer service and retail sales principles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale systems
Experience
• Must have experience in FASHION RETAIL.
