• Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
• A strong sense of style and up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in fashion or a related field is beneficial
