• Live The “Ownership Mentality” – Looks For Areas To Contribute On Factors Impacting Overall
Store Performance – Create Niche For The Store In The Vicinity\Mall.
• Ability To Deliver On All Aspects With Least Guidance From The Store Manager.
• Dealing Well With Different Viewpoints As Part Of A (Multidisciplinary) Team.
• Work Co-Operatively With Equals Or Other Team Members To Set Responsibilities.
• Share Information, Ideas And Suggestions To Accomplish Mutual Goals.
• Support Team Decisions Even If Not In Total Agreement.
• Should Be Able To Stand And Walk Around For A Minimum Of 6 To 7 Hrs
• Should Be Willing To Do The Billing Activity
• Should Assisting The DM On VM Activities
• Should Be Clearing The Desk For The Next Customer Walk In
• Should Be Willing To Pack The Goods And Hand It To The Customer
Work Hours:
0+ Hours A Day . 2 Shifts
Girls: +:30am To 7:30PM
Boys: 1:00PM To +:30PM
Work Days:
6 Days A Week – Weekly Off Will Be Between Mon To Fri – 1 Day Off
Saturday And Sunday Will Be Working Days
