Job Description
This is a hands-on execution role, not a management position. You will follow a clear content plan and focus on filming, editing, and posting consistently.
Responsibilities
Film short-form videos in-store (try-ons, fit checks, close-ups, walking videos)
Edit TikTok and Instagram Reels using CapCut or similar apps
Post content daily following provided guidelines
Capture dresses in flattering lighting and angles
Work quickly and efficiently in a retail environment
Requirements
Comfortable filming on an iPhone
Basic short-form video editing experience
Interest in fashion and styling
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Able to follow a content plan and directions
Nice to Have
Experience creating TikTok or Instagram Reels
Retail or boutique experience
On-camera confidence (not required, but a plus)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
