Qualifications / requirements
● Highly-refined writing and editing skills, including grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
● Primary language skills; English and secondary: Hindi. Proficiency in any other languages is an
add on.
● Content and messaging strategy experience.
● Ability to stay up to date with beauty, lifestyle, wellness and grooming trends.
● Ability to create, track and manage timelines effectively.
● Ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities by effectively scheduling and
prioritizing.
● Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and millennial consumer communication.
● Ability to look for new ideas and approaches to problem-solving and contribute to continuous
improvement of our process.
● Keen eye for detail and aesthetic
● Monthly trend spotting and data analysis in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle genre.
● Quarterly strategy evaluation
Work experience:
● BA graduate in English / Journalism / Mass Media or any other Arts related field.
● Advertising experience
● 3-4 years of content writing and strategy experience with tangible examples
