Looking for Fresher with Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with the overall sample development process.
Work with the designer to develop detailed & accurate handover sheets and coordination sheets.
Coordinate in sampling to facilitate a smooth development process, ensuring timely delivery of samples.
Work closely with embroidery karigars and khaka makers to ensure precise execution of designs as directed by the designer.
Explain tech packs with accuracy to the sampling coordinator.
Ensure documentation of handovers, fabric swatches, trims, and samples.
To execute design tasks accurately under the guidance of the Designer.
To make detail tech packs for sample development.
Coordinate with merchandising team for handovers
Knowledge and skill set
Basic understanding of design principles and aesthetics
Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric types, including knowledge of technical details
Good communication skills and team work.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point & Adobe Photoshop
Experience in sample production and quality control processes,
