We're Hiring: Fashion Designer – Ethnic Wear
Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years
Full-time | On-site
We’re looking for a Fashion Designer with 1–3 years of experience in ethnic wear to join our team. This is an on-site role focused on designing, sampling, production coordination, and vendor management.
Role & Responsibilities
– Design ethnic wear collections in line with brand aesthetics
– Develop sketches and fabric/trim boards
– Work closely with the sampling team to get first pieces right
– Coordinate day-to-day sampling and production processes
– Source fabrics, trims, and manage vendor relationships
– Oversee timelines and ensure quality control
Who You Are
– A fashion design graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience
– Experienced in ethnic/contemporary Indian womenswear
– Strong with design development, sampling, and production follow-up
– Able to work with local vendors
– Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and basic MS Excel
Nice to Have
– Understanding of embroidery and surface techniques
– Familiarity with sizing, fits, and fabric behaviour
