Job Description
About the internship:
Assist in researching seasonal trends, color palettes, fabrics, and competitor collections
Create mood boards, sketches, and technical flat drawings under senior designer guidance
Support sample development by coordinating with pattern makers, tailors, and vendors
Maintain design files, tech packs, and sample libraries
Attend fittings and take notes on construction changes or fit corrections
Source trims, fabrics, and embellishments as directed
Help prepare presentation materials for design reviews and line meetings
Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 15th Apr'26 and 20th May'26
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have relevant skills and interests
• * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
Stipend:
INR₹ 10,000 - 18,000 /month

Skills required:
Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and Fashion Designing
Other Requirements:
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for flats and presentation boards
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
• Ability to sketch and illustrate design concepts by hand or digitally
• Familiarity with tech packs and spec sheets
• Basic understanding of textiles — fabric types, weights, and behavior
• Soft Skills
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction and absorb feedback
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication for cross-functional coordination (production, buying, merchandising)
• Curiosity about trends and a genuine passion for fashion
