Job description
As the Fashion Design Lead - Founding Team at our global streetwear brand based in India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative right from the beginning. We are on a mission to create a streetwear label that resonates with the global audience and inspires individuals to make history through our designs and storytelling.
Working closely with our Founder, Punj Rajan, an IIT Kharagpur graduate with a rich background including experience at BCG and backed by prominent investors, you will have the opportunity to influence and define the visual aesthetics of our brand. Your designs will be the essence of our collections, crafted to appeal to a worldwide audience while staying true to our Indian roots.
In this founding position, you will be responsible for owning the visual language of the brand, conceptualizing and creating story-driven collections, and collaborating with suppliers to bring your designs to life. Your role will be pivotal in establishing the brand's identity and creating iconic pieces that stand out in the global streetwear scene.
We are looking for a creative individual who thrives at the intersection of design, content, and culture. Your passion for global streetwear, art, subcultures, and internet trends will be the driving force behind your work. While prior experience in fashion, design studios, or creative direction is preferred, it is not mandatory. What we value most is your strong eye for visual identity, fashion design, and digital storytelling, along with an entrepreneurial mindset that embraces risks as opportunities for growth and innovation.
