Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at our Whitefield campus in Bengaluru. The Fashion Design Pattern Making Faculty will be responsible for training and mentoring students in pattern making, ensuring they gain detailed understanding and hands-on skills in fashion design and garment construction. The role includes creating engaging course content, conducting practical sessions, evaluating student progress, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Collaborating with peers and supporting students in their creative development will be integral to this position.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Fashion Design and knowledge of pattern making techniques
• Expertise in Textiles and experience in Sewing and garment construction
• Understanding of Fashion Styling with a creative approach to design
• Ability to use Graphic Design tools to support design presentations
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the fashion industry or teaching role
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for nurturing creativity and guiding students in their design journey
• Relevant degree in Fashion Design or a related field
