Job Title: Fashion Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative fashion designer to join our team. As a fashion designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs for infants to pre-teens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create fashion graphics on CAD using Photoshop or Coral Draw.
• Design samples of approved sketches for infants to pre-teens.
• Develop an understanding of market skills by studying latest trends, competitor product analysis, prevailing prices, distributor input, retailer feedback, and customer feedback.
• Closely monitor emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapes.
• Forecast samples for next season and create catalogs, labels, packings, tags, and photoshoots for products.
• Sourcing, selecting, and buying fabric trims, fastenings, and embellishments needed for sampling and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams such as pattern makers, sample sewers, and graphic designers to bring designs to life.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that showcase the kid's wear collection.
