Develop and execute product strategies for the brand Nautinati.
Conduct market research and trend analysis of kids to identify emerging trends ,fabrics, and techniques.
Benchmark competition brands and travel to fairs/markets & mills.
Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal concepts.
Involve in the selection process of appropriate fabrics, trims, for each product.
Ensure products meet quality standards, fit specifications, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest fabric innovations and trends.
Apply strong design principles to create visually appealing and trendy products as per brand DNA..
Collaborate with Sourcing team for timely execution of product development with desired quality creation of quality tech packs on Simplex
Maintain line sheets for seasonal range plans and identify opportunities for product re-engineering based on return analysis
Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with the Tech team
Timely Fabric/print/surface design follow-up and approvals
Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
Contributing well-researched ideas to support catalogue and marketing for the brand.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
Strong understanding of design principles and the execution process.
Well-rounded experience in Kids' wear Design
Have a good understanding of various fabric types, their properties, and suitability for different styles
Have a good understanding of various print techniques and their limitations.
Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
High proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.
