Key Responsibilities:
• Trend Research & Concept Development: Stay updated with global fashion trends, colors, and materials to inspire innovative collections.
• Design Execution: Create original designs, sketches, and technical drawings, ensuring they align with brand vision and customer preferences.
• Fabric & Material Selection: Work closely with fabric suppliers to source appropriate materials and trims that meet design and production requirements.
• Collaboration: Partner with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive collections that meet business and market demands.
• Sample Development: Oversee the sample creation process, providing feedback on fit, construction, and detailing.
• Technical Packages: Create and manage detailed tech packs with specifications for production teams.
• Presentation & Styling: Present designs and ideas in a clear, compelling way to internal teams and clients.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet brand standards for quality, fit, and design integrity.
• Sustainability Focus: Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly practices into designs and material selections when possible.
