Role Description
We're looking for a remote, part-time circular fashion designer who can:
• Conceptualise and illustrate upcycled fashion or accessory collections or ornamentation using post-consumer textiles
• Share design proposals with detailed specification sheets (measurements, materials, construction, and costing)
• Translate circular design principles into real, functional, and visually strong product ideas
• Collaborate with our team to align design intent with production feasibility
Role Expectation
• Develop 2–3 design proposals per month
• Submit illustration (hand/digital), spec sheet, and costing estimate
• Focus on using ONLY post-consumer garments
• Research emerging trends in upcycling, surface techniques, and modular fashion
• Present storytelling or styling approaches where applicable
Qualifications
• Fashion Design and Fashion Styling skills
• Graphic Design skills
• Textiles and Sewing Skills
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Prior experience or coursework in fashion design is a plus
• Completed at least a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
