JOB DESCRIPTION
• Lead Design from concept to final styling, ensuring cohesion and timely delivery.
• Conduct trend research using market data, AI tools, and runway insights
• Design in Adobe Illustrator and CLO 3D, including 2D/3D prototyping
• Create tech packs with full specifications, measurements, and BOMs
• Source sustainable fabrics and trims from global suppliers
• Prepare sketches and construction notes for sampling and production
• Develop moodboards, colour palettes, and visual concepts for internal and external use
• Oversee sampling, supplier coordination, and production timelines
• Align with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandishing teams across launches
• Maintain organised digital archives on platforms like PLM, Google Drive or Notion
• Use AI tools for concepting, visuals, and moodboard development
• Pattern drafting or draping skills are a plus for prototyping
• Manage your time independently and contribute positively to a fast-paced enviroment
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Strong grasp of fit, fabric behaviour, and finishing techniques
• Sharp eye for detail and contemporary silhouettes
• Skilled in Adobe Suite, CLO 3D, or Browzwear; bonus for digital print or digital embroidery tools
• Confident with virtual fittings and online sample reviews
• Organised in managing digital files and feedback (Trello, Airtable, Figma)
• Curious, resilient, and creatively driven
