Responsibilities:
• Utilize Clo3D and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize, design, and develop garments for production.
• Create detailed tech packs and comprehensive requirement lists to guide production.
• Collaborate closely with the production team on fabric selection, trims, pattern making, sampling, and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials for social media campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Maintain organized and thorough records of design processes, fabric swatches, and market research insights to inform future collections.
• Take full ownership of design projects, driving innovation and quality from concept through production.
• Lead and mentor junior designers or interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Candidates should have graduated with a degree in fashion design from a reputed fashion institute
2. 1-2 years experience in Fashion Designing
3.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to taking ownership and guiding teams.
5.Strong proficiency in Clo3D and Adobe Creative Suite.
6.Passion for experimental Metropolitan-wear and a keen eye for detail.
