You'll be responsible for creating design packs that facilitate seamless communication with manufacturers, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production. Your keen eye for detail will shine as you complete sourcing packs for fabrics, prints, and graphics for upcoming seasons. Your creative input will contribute to the development of our seasonal collections, combining research on trends and competitors with a focus on commercial viability.In collaboration with the team, you'll assist in photoshoot preparation and participate in photoshoots as needed, adding to the visual representation of our designs. Your strong communication skills will come into play as you build relationships with suppliers, effectively conveying research, range plans, tech packs, and development needs.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Creation of Design Tech Packs: Experience in creating tech packs and ensuring the smooth transition of creative concepts to manufacturers by meticulously preparing design packs that minimize the need for extensive clarifications.Sourcing Pack Completion: Compile comprehensive sourcing packs for fabrics, prints, graphics, and other design elements for upcoming seasons.Seasonal Collection Contribution: Contribute to the development of seasonal collections through effective research, focusing on new trends, competitor analysis, and commercial viability.Photoshoot Support: Assist in the preparation of photoshoots and participate in them as required, contributing to the visual representation of our designs.Supplier Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with suppliers by working directly with them.
