We are seeking a talented Fashion Coordinator to collaborate closely with our Founding Team and Creative Director.ResponsibilitiesDesigning for our upcoming collection and sourcing fabrics as per the budgetsCoordinating sampling and production with our vendors and manufacturers in DelhiPresenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to the managementWorking on tech packs and timely executionResearch and forecast the upcoming market trends for the season in tune with the brand's vision, aesthetic, and identityResearch design inspiration and styling trends for product developmentBuild concepts and develop boards for seasonal design reference and presentationSketch proposals for new designs and have basic graphic design skills to put together presentations and textile printsExplore and develop silhouette, print, pattern, and textureHave an eye for color and a sound understanding of pattern-making and fastenersRequirementsSomeone passionate about Luxury retail or e-commerce and joining a brand on its 0 to 1 journeyExperience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, CLO3D, and Chat GPTMust be highly skilled in Pattern making and cutting and have some knowledge of Kantha embroideryKnowledge in digital fabric painting, fabric sourcing, and hand embroidery will be added benefits.Please send your portfolio/work at [HIDDEN TEXT]PerksA stipend of INR 5,00010,000 per monthChance of conversion into a Full-time role after 3 months with ESOPs and a competitive pay packageExperience of working in a start-up environmentTagore By Nandini is an equal opportunity employer.
