2+ years of design experience
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Must have ability to ideate and innovate in product selection, staying ahead of trends and customer preferences
Must possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the manager, vendors, and internal teams
2+ years of e-commerce and product design experience is ideal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the retail landscape
