Job Description
1. Design Creation: Design and develop clothing and accessories for Varsha Sethi's collections, considering factors like trends, fabrics, and target audience.
2. Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of designs.
3. Fabric Sourcing: Source and select fabrics, trims, and other materials required for production, negotiating prices and ensuring quality.
Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate production, ensuring that garments meet quality standards, are completed on time, and within budget.
Team Management: Lead and guide a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and production runs smoothly.

2. Production Processes: Understanding of production processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
3. Fabric Knowledge: Knowledge of fabrics, including properties, uses, and care instructions.
6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
7. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
