You've Got the Goods:
• 2-6 years of experience turning heads in the fashion world.
• A storytelling whiz who can translate trends and emotions into must-have pieces.
• A tech-savvy creative who speaks fluent Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Canva). Bonus points for 3D design skills!
• A trendsetting machine with a finger on the pulse of what's hot in India and globally.
• A team player who inspires and collaborates like a boss.
• A problem-solving pro who thrives in the dynamic world of a startup.
• Leading and driving design process the brand – research, concept development designing, techpacking and sampling.
• Collaborating with brands, agencies, artists and clients to develop top quality designs.
• Be creative and experimental in conceptualizing and designing new collections and products
• Be updated about Indian and global fashion trends and industry related news.
• Lead and advise the direction and development of our digital product creation and strategies for increasing efficiency

Preferred Qualification:
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 2+ year design experience working for fashion design house and brands.
• Excellent technical skills - Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Procreate, Canva. 3D design skills are a bonus
• Comprehensive knowledge of garment construction
• Ability to recognize and accurately forecast fashion and cultural trends.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and inspire
• Excellent multitasking, time management and organization skills
