We are committed to delivering exceptional fit, comfort, and aesthetics while maintaining functionality and durability for healthcare professionals.Role Overview:We are looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Designer with expertise in digital pattern making to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will design and create printable digital patterns (up to 3XL sizes for both men and women) with superior fit and professional seams. The role also includes providing 3D models or visual representations of the designs on a person.Key Responsibilities: Create digital patterns for scrubs, lab coats, and surgical caps up to 3XL sizes. Ensure designs maintain a great fit, professional seams, and a high-end outlook. Develop printable patterns and provide digital models to visualize the final product. Suggest innovative design ideas for scrubs and lab coats. Recommend quality fabrics suitable for professional medical wear. Collaborate and provide suggestions to enhance designs and overall product quality.Requirements: Proven experience in digital pattern making (please provide samples of previous projects). Ability to create detailed, accurate, and scalable patterns for manufacturing. Proficiency in software like CLO 3D, Optitex, Gerber AccuMark, or similar tools. Strong understanding of fabric properties and garment construction. Ability to suggest creative design ideas and innovative patterns. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing medical wear or uniforms.
