Responsibilities
• Design kurti patterns across categories (casual, festive, office wear, party wear).
• Research current fashion and ethnic wear trends.
• Create detailed sketches, illustrations, or digital mock-ups.
• Collaborate with production teams to translate designs into manufacturable patterns.
• Recommend fabrics, embroideries, prints, and color combinations.
• Ensure designs are fashionable, practical, and cost-effective.
Requirements
• Background in Fashion Design (degree/diploma preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic wear trends.
• Proficiency in design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.) and/or hand sketching.
• Practical understanding of stitching/sewing to create samples.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and awareness of wholesale market demands.
• Freshers with talent & portfolio are welcome to apply.
