I'm looking for a fashion designer to help bring a custom tween/teen outfit to life. This will be the first piece in a possible capsule collection designed for girls aged 10–13 who have outgrown traditional children's fashion but aren't yet ready for adult sizing.
This job is for one complete outfit: a stylish jacket and matching pants, with modern, wearable details and high-quality feel. I have some mood boards and women's clothing inspo too.
✨ I’m looking for:
- A fashion designer or technical illustrator experienced in tween or women’s fashion
- Ability to interpret mood boards and brand aesthetics
- Creation of sketches and/or flat technical drawings (CAD preferred but not essential)
- Guidance on fabric selection and cut for comfort and style
- Tween sizing expertise or ability to adjust women’s proportions for younger girls
Deliverables:
1. 1–2 initial concept sketches (based on provided inspiration/mood board)
2. finalised design for a jacket and pant set (illustration + basic notes)
