About the job:
We are seeking a talented and creative 'Fashion Designer' to join our team at Nooob.in, a dynamic streetwear brand specializing in oversized t-shirts with unique back designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for street style, an eye for emerging trends, and the ability to conceptualize designs that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design creation:
- Conceptualize and create unique designs for oversized t-shirts and other streetwear pieces, staying true to the brand's aesthetic.
- Develop sketches, patterns, and digital designs for collections.
2. Trend analysis:
- Research global and local streetwear trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Understand customer preferences and integrate them into designs.
3. Material selection:
- Select high-quality, comfortable fabrics and trims suitable for streetwear.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the availability of sustainable materials.
4. Prototype development:
- Oversee the creation of product samples, ensuring attention to detail.
- Conducted fittings and made adjustments for the perfect fit and finish.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs align with the brand's goals and customer expectations.
- Contribute ideas for branding, packaging, and photoshoots.
6. Production oversight:
- Ensure smooth production workflows and maintain quality across all pieces.
- Address any design-related issues during the production phase.
7. Documentation:
- Maintain a portfolio of designs and projects for internal and promotional use.
- Keep detailed notes of fabric choices, specifications, and production details.
