• Knowledge of garment construction and production processes
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design work
Roles and Responsibilities
• Create and develop new fashion designs that align with current trends and client requirements
• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for production
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution of designs
• Stay updated with industry trends, fashion shows, and exhibitions
• Research and analyze target market preferences and trends
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts
• Attend client meetings to understand their design needs and preferences
• Assist in the selection of fabrics, trims, and accessories for each design
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs
• Ensure that all designs meet quality and safety standards
