Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Develop and update curriculum and course materials for fashion design courses.
Ensure course content meets industry standards and aligns with current fashion trends and technologies.
Teaching:
Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
Provide individualized instruction and support to students.
Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams.
Mentorship:
Offer guidance and mentorship to students on their design projects and career goals.
Foster a creative and collaborative classroom environment.
Industry Engagement:
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in fashion design.
Develop partnerships with fashion industry professionals and organizations.
Organize guest lectures, workshops, and field trips to enhance students' learning experience.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Participate in faculty meetings, departmental planning, and professional development activities.
Assist in the recruitment and retention of students.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Experience:
