Role Description
Vikas Industries is looking for a full-time Fashion Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and designing fashion pieces, from concept to completion. This role requires a creative eye and a passion for fashion. The Fashion Designer will research trends, sketch designs, select fabrics and materials, and create prototypes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fitting garments, making adjustments, and ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
• Fashion Design: Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and materials, and the ability to create sketches and prototypes.
• Textiles: Knowledge of different types of fabrics and materials, and the ability to select the best materials for a given design.
• Fitting: Ability to fit garments and make adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
• Embroidery: Knowledge of different types of embroidery techniques and the ability to create intricate designs.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques; experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software; and excellent communication and organizational skills
