Fashion Designer – Lingerie / Swimwear

We’re looking for a Lingerie / Swimwear Designer who understands fit, sensuality, structure, and trend velocity — someone who can merge aesthetics with technical precision.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing and developing lingerie and/or swimwear collections from concept to final production. This role requires deep knowledge of fit, fabric behavior, support construction, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Research trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes relevant to lingerie/swimwear markets
Develop seasonal mood boards, concepts, and collection stories
Create detailed tech packs including measurements, grading, stitching, elastics, closures, and support structures
Work closely with sampling teams to ensure perfect fit and structure
Ensure comfort, stretch recovery, and durability standards
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in lingerie or swimwear design (mandatory)
Strong understanding of:
Bra construction (underwire, non-wire, balconette, plunge, etc.)
Elastic application and support engineering
Swimwear lining, shaping, and chlorine-resistant fabrics
Experience working with stretch fabrics and body-contouring fits
Proficiency in tech pack development
Strong trend awareness (global & social media-driven trends)
Ability to balance commercial viability with trend-forward design
Bonus If You Have
Experience with shapewear or bodysuits
Experience working with D2C brands
Understanding of international market aesthetics
