DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Fashion Designer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and an eye for detail, along with a strong portfolio showcasing their work in the Indian job market context. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating designs for clothing, accessories, and other fashion products. They will work closely with our team to ensure that designs meet our company's standards and customer needs. Proficiency in 3D dimensions for virtual prototyping and design visualization. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.ResponsibilitiesCreate fashion designs for clothing, accessories, and other productsResearch and analyze current fashion trends in the Indian job market contextCollaborate with our team to develop and refine design conceptsCreate sketches, drawings, and patterns using computer software or by handSelect fabrics, trims, and materials for each designCreate prototypes and samples of designsOversee production to ensure that designs are executed correctlyAttend fashion shows and events to stay up-to-date on trends and industry developmentsSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field3-6 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on the Indian job market contextStrong portfolio showcasing design workProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of textiles, fabrics, and materialsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
