Fashion Designer Position Overview:
Vishal Luuthra Couture is a leading fashion brand seeking a highly skilled Fashion Designer to create original designs for our western Mens & Women's designer collection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and presenting design concepts, selecting fabrics, colors & embellishments, and collaborating with the production team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and present design concepts from silhouettes to swatches.
• Select fabrics, colors & embellishments for designs and design detailed patterns.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient execution of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments to inform design decisions.
• Participate in photoshoots, fashion shows, and other brand events to showcase designs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion design.
• Proficient in designing silhouettes & creating patterns.
• Excellent drawing and sketching skills.
• Strong understanding of textiles, fabrics, and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills.
